典型钙钛矿结构的BaTiO_3是电子陶瓷元器件的基础材料.它具有独特的电学、磁学、光学特性,如:压电效应、巨磁电阻效应、热释电现象等,目前已经大量用于电子器件的生产中.钛酸钡纳米纤维作为新的一维纳米钛酸钡材料有着潜在的微器件应用前景.采用电纺丝和溶胶-凝胶相结合的方法制备了一系列不同直径的钛酸钡纳米纤维,在此基础上研究溶胶-凝胶制备的前驱体溶胶中乙醇含量对纤维直径和微观形貌的影响.

BaTiO_3 nanofibers with different fiber diameters were synthesized by the combination of electrospinning technology and sol-gel method. The influence of concentration of electrospinning solution on fiber diameter was studied by SEM and XRD. The fiber diameter decreased with the increase of ethanol concentration in electrospinning solutions. Meanwhile, ethanol concentration in electrospinning solutions has made a great difference for the microstructure of the BaTiO_3 nanofibers.
