高级检索

研究了终轧温度对超低碳Ti-IF钢的组织性能和连续退火板织构的影响.试验采用810℃,850℃,890℃和910℃4种不同终轧温度.结果表明,终轧温度直接影响退火试样的组织性能和织构特征.在810℃和910℃低温终轧时,退火组织较均匀,力学性能较好,退火后有利织构ND//{111}显著增强,r值较高.而在850℃和890℃终轧温度下轧制时,其退火板显微组织不是很均匀,性能和织构特征都相对较差.
