用有机半导体制作太阳能电池,工艺简单,成本低廉,虽然目前转换效率较低,但具有发展的潜在优势.介绍了有机太阳能电池基本性质、结构、原理、研究现状及缺陷和产生的原因,并对它的未来发展模式作了简要描述.
