以苯乙烯(St)、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为主要原料,采用双原位细乳液工艺和不同引发体系,制备SiO2/PS复合微球,并以此为种子乳液,继续滴加第2种单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),合成聚苯乙烯-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PS-PMMA)复合微球;通过红外光谱、透射电镜、热量分析等测试手段对复合微球进行结构和形貌的表征.结果表明,复合微球制备成功,其中包覆的无机粒子SiO2增加了微球的交联度和热稳定性;引发剂类型对复合微球的形貌和粒径影响很大,不同的乳化剂也对复合微球的形貌产生较大影响.
