利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了纳米Al2O3粒子对纳米Al2O3/GF/PBT复合材料非等温结晶动力学的影响.结果表明,纳米粒子含量约为1.5%时,在降温速率较低的情况下,结晶速率Zc值明显增加,半结晶时间t1/2值明显减小;相对结晶度较低时,纳米粒子对F(T)值和a值的影响较大.同时,对复合材料的结晶活化能和纳米粒子成核活性的定量研究表明,含量约为1.5%的纳米Al2O3粒子的异相成核活性较强,此时复合材料的结晶活化能较小.
