采用物理共混法,制备PvA/sA/GT的三元复合凝胶微球,用于盐酸四环素的包载和药物的释放研究.选择5:5:2、5:5:3和5:5:4三种比例制备的微球,研究在模拟胃液和肠液的条件(空白微球对照)下,GT量和pH变化对释药性能和降解性能的影响.结果表明:5:5:4比例相变的微球的释药性能和降解性能都最好;模拟胃液较模拟肠液能加快微球的降解,进而加速微球的释药速率;是否栽药对微球的降解性能无影响,但是微球的降解会加速微球的释药速率.
