综述了5种新型的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)纳米复合材料(分别含单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)、炭纤维(CNF)、多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(POSS)、纳米二氧化硅(NS)、纳米金属氧化物(NMO))的制备、形态、热稳定性及热裂解、阻燃性。这类材料大多以溶液共混法,少数以熔融共混法制备,阻燃性能在文中多以锥形量热仪表征。纳米填料在PMMA中的分散性是影响纳米复合材料性能的关键。

Five new polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) nanocomposites were reviewed in this paper. They contain nanofillers, such as single wall carbon nano-tube (SWCNT), carbon nano-fiber (CNF), polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS), nano silica (NS) and nano metal oxide (NMO) individually. Their performances of morphology, thermal stability and pyrolysis, and flame retardancy were discussed and analyzed by the cone calorimeter. These composites are mainly prepared by the solution mixing process. The dispersion of nanofillers in the PMMA matrix is the key issue affecting materials performances.
