介绍了以高强度、高韧性气保护焊丝WER80为材料,对焊丝熔敷金属及武钢HG785钢、HG980钢对接进行气保护焊接试验研究。采用富氩气体保护熔敷金属抗拉强度达到了810 MPa,-30℃冲击功达到106 J;匹配HG785钢气保护焊焊接接头抗拉强度达到815 MPa,-30℃冲击功大于90 J;匹配HG980钢气保护焊焊接接头抗拉强度达到955 MPa,-20℃冲击功达到113 J,焊接接头综合性能满足钢种不同的焊接技术要求。

GMAW test of HG785,HG980 steel were carried out using high strength and high toughness welding wire-WER80 as welding material.In the shielding of Ar-rich gas,the tensile strength of weld deposit reaches 810 MPa and the impact energy at-30 ℃ is 106 J. The tensile strength of GMAW joints to match HG785 steel reaches 815 MPa and the impact energy at -30 ℃ is more than 90 J.The tensile strength of GMAW joints to match HG980 steel reaches 950 MPa and the impact energy at-20 ℃ is 113 J.The comprehensive properties of welding joints can completely meet the different technical requirements of steel.
