基于时谐电场的理论知识,以ANSYS为有限元求解工具,建立工频电压下的XLPE电缆终端数值计算模型。分析了介质介电常数和电阻率对电场分布的影响,分别计算了电缆终端无应力管、有空气隙、有金属微粒、钢针扎入这4种缺陷内部电场的分布情况,并研究了电场畸变与缺陷位置的对应关系。通过使用工频电压对4种电缆终端缺陷的局部放电进行测试,结果表明该电场模型能够对实际电缆终端进行仿真分析。

Based on the harmonic electric field theory, we built a numerical calculated model of XLPE ca-ble termination under AC voltage in ANSYS using finite element method. The influence of dielectric con-stant and resistivity on the electric field distribution was analyzed. The electric field distribution of four defects, that is termination without stress control tube, air gap, metal particles and inserted needle, were calculated respectively, and the relationship between the electric field distortion and the defects location were studied. The partial discharge of the four defects was tested under power frequency voltage. The re-sults show that the electric filed model proposed in this paper can simulate and analyze the cable termi-nation.
