以氯化亚锡为催化剂,L-乳酸(LA)与天冬酰胺(Asn)直接熔融聚合,所得生物材料聚(乳酸-天冬酰胺)[P(LA-co-Asn)]用[η]、红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(<'1>H-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法进行表征.随着投料比中Asn增加,共聚物由结晶性逐渐转变为无定型态,М<,W>逐渐降低(9,500~2,700),但能满足药物缓释要求.该合成方法经济、简单易行.与具有一定分支结构的聚(乳酸-天冬氨酸)相比,新型直链共聚物P(LA-co-Asn)侧链中伯酰胺可望进一步结合生物活性分子以改善聚乳酸的生物相容性.
