从传热学角度分析了炼铁炼钢界面间铁水在受铁、运输及预处理等过程中的散热机理,建立了铁水罐兑铁包界面模式的铁水温降数学模型,通过实例计算对该温降模型进行了验证。研究表明,铁水罐兑铁包模式的铁水温降变化较大,以受铁过程的温降为最大,其后依次为兑铁、预处理、运输和等待过程。与铁水罐兑铁包模式相比,“一罐到底”模式具备较好的界面连续性,能减小铁水温降35%左右,应是未来铁钢界面节能模式的发展方向。

Based on the theory of heat transfer, a mathematical model was developed to simulate temperature drop of hot metal during transfer. The model can be used for special factory, and it was proved that the calculated values were in good agreement with the measured one. And it is also proved that the temperature drop in different steps was different: the temperature drop of hot metal during tapping was the greatest; those during charging, pretreatment, transportation and waiting were relatively smaller. Compared with the mode of hot metal transfer with ladle changing, the mode of using one open ladle had relatively better interface continuity and temperature drop of hot metal could be reduced by about 35%. Hence the mode of using one open ladle is potentially favorable in the future.
