针对中原油田空气泡沫驱施工中严重的腐蚀问题,应用扫描电镜(SEM)观察腐蚀形貌、电子能谱(EDAx)分析表面元素组成、X射线衍射(XRD)确定表面腐蚀产物结构等手段,对空气泡沫调驱试验井组地面注入管线腐蚀监测挂片的腐蚀产物进行了分析。注入管柱在空气泡沫介质中腐蚀产物的元素成分以铁和氧为主,主要存在状态为铁的羟基氧化物和氧化物。

For the serious corrosion in air-foam flooding process system in Zhongyuan oilfield, the corrosion product was examined by using SEM to observe the surface morphology, using EDXA to analyze the content and using XRD to confirm the composition. The results indicated that iron and oxygen were the majority elements of the corrosion product in air-foam corrosive media. The corrosion products of the steel were mainly composed of Fe oxides and hydroxy-oxide.
