采用电化学方法测量X80管线钢在不同pH值溶液中的极化曲线和不同阴极极化电位下的电化学阻抗谱,提出了通过实验室试验确定阴极保护参数的方法。结果表明,采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱可以确定X80管线钢在不同pH值条件下的阴极保护参数;可以通过电化学阻抗技术绘制出电荷转移电阻(Rt)对阴极极化电位(Ee,c)曲线,用于分析腐蚀过程的控制机制,指导阴极保护参数的选取。

Electrochemical methods were used to measure the polarization curves in solutions with different pH and the EIS (electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) at different cathodic polarization voltages for X80 pipeline steel. A method to determine the cathodic protection parameters by laboratory experimental mesurements was proposed. The results showed that the polarization curves and EIS can lead to determine the cathodic protection parameters of X80 pipesteels. The curves of charge transfer resistance (Rt) vs cathodic polarization potential (Ee,c) can be obtained by EIS. And it could be used for analyzing the control mechanism of corrosion process and guiding the selection of cathodic protection parameters.
