针对冷连轧机轧制过程的多变量,强耦合,非线性等特点,以等相对负荷为目标,在设备工况的约束条件下,应用基于遗传算法的混合蚁群算法Genetic Algorithm-Hybrid Ant Colony System(GA-HACS)进行规程优化设计,该方法结合了遗传算法全局收敛能力强和蚁群算法收敛速度快等特点。首先利用遗传算法的随机搜索产生规程的初始信息素分布,然后,充分利用蚁群算法的并行性、正反馈机制以及求解效率高等特性寻求最优解。该算法使用方便,对某1370mm五机架冷连轧机进行设计比较,表明该方法计算精度高,收敛速度快,可满足在线控制需求。
Based on rolling feature of continuous tandem cold rolling mill, such as multi-variable,strong coupling,non-linear, set the equal relative load as the optimization goal, on certain constraint conditions of field and facility, apply Genetic Algorithm-Hybrid Ant Colony System(GA-HACS) for rolling schedule. This method combines the advantages of genetic algorithm’s strong global constringency and ant colony algorithm’s fast constringency speed, first makes use of the GA’s search randomly to bring original pheromone of the schedule problem. Then takes full advantage of the ACS’s parallel and positive feedback mechanism and high efficiency, this method uses convenient. Analysis with existing schedule on 1370mm five stands tandem cold rolling mills,it shows that this method has high computing precision and fast constringency speed,satisfys the demands of on-line control.
