本文介绍了耐候钢的发展,国内外使用及研究的情况,概述了合金元素对耐候钢耐蚀性能的影响及作用机理,并对腐蚀产物的组成及腐蚀产物锈层转化及演变的过程、机制进行了分析,对今后耐候钢的发展趋势提出了展望。

The development and the applying situation of weathering steel and progress in research on weathering steel were reviewed in the work. The effect of alloy element such as Cu, P, Cr, Ni on the corrosion resistance of weathering steel and its mechanisms were summarized as well. At the same time, it was analyzed that the process and the mechanisms of rut layer transformation and revolution. A better prospect of weathering steel development is described. It was concluded that the good performance of weathering steel resistance to corrosion came from the additions of alloy elements. The inner rust layer formed on the weathering steel is constituted mainly by compact α-FeOOH after lots of year exposure. The transformation of γ-FeOOH to α-FeOOH is a reason for the good property of weathering steel resistance to corrosion.
