通过加热氧氯化锆的醇水溶液,对溶液中分散的氧化铁粉体进行了表面包覆,制备了氧化锆包覆氧化铁粉体.沉积包覆的氧化锆为无定型,厚度约为10nm,包覆粉体在500℃热处理3h后形成结晶的四方相氧化锆包覆粉体,该粉体具有良好的抗酸侵蚀能力.

Zirconia coated hematite powder is prepared by heating ZrOCl2 alcohol-aqueous solution with well dispersed hematite powder.The as-prepared zirconia shell is amorphous and has a thickness of 10nm.After annealing at 500℃ for 3h,the amorphous zirconia shell crystallizes to tetragonal zirconia(t-ZrO2).The t-ZrO2 coated hematite powder is able to resist the corrosion in acid solution.
