结合某埋地钢质输油管道的交流干扰测量及排流过程,对交流杂散电流的危害、标准和排流工作进行了探讨。在调查中,发现本段输油管道受直流干扰较小,但是,由于电气化铁路和高压电线路的影响,存在着严重交流杂散电流干扰。根据调查的结果提出了采用嵌位式排流技术解决交流干扰的技术方案。在排流方案实施后,排流效果总体较好,但在局部未达到预定要求,分析了原因并提出了下一步的解决方法。

Based on AC interference measurements and drainage methods of a buried steel oil-transfer pipeline, the risk of AC interference, standards and drainage methods were discussed. The measurements confirmed that the DC interference was limited while the AC interference was seriously due to the influence of nearby electrified railway and high voltage transmission llne. The clamp drainage technology was applied to limit the AC interference on the pipeline. In general, the clamp drainage technology was effective for the AC interference limitation, hut did not reach intended expectancy in some part. The reason is discussed and the solutions are also introduced.
