以质量分数为25%的阳离子N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷微乳(ASE)和阴离子羧烃基聚硅氧烷微乳(CSE)为原料,经水相静电自组装、团聚形成反电荷ASE/CSE共混乳液.以单晶硅作载膜基质,采用静态浸渍法将ASE/CSE附着在基质表面使之成膜,然后用原子力显微镜(AFM)、电脑测控柔软度仪等仪器对ASE/CSE的成膜形貌及应用性能进行研究.结果表明,ASE/CSE具有良好的成膜性能,可在单晶硅基质表面成膜,与单组分硅乳成膜形貌明显不同.在单晶硅表面,ASE/CSE所成的复合硅膜表面很粗糙,平均厚度达12.45nm,存在众多岛屿.共混硅乳ASE/CSE整理棉织物的柔软性能较之空白织物明显提升,并赋予织物特殊的油滑手感.
