重点分析了超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡缺陷产生的原因.超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡是导致其热轧盘条表面产生结疤、翘皮、折叠等表面缺陷的主要原因,影响后续拉拔和镀铜细丝的表面质量,更严重的将导致断丝问题.通过对钢液中气泡产生原因和[C]、[O]对应关系的理论分析,将超低碳钢钢液中的氧活度稳定控制在80 μg/g以下,能够有效降低超低碳钢铸坯皮下气泡缺陷产生的几率,保证其成品盘条表面质量的稳定,满足了高端用户的使用要求.
