针对透镜退火过程中玻璃具有的结构松弛现象,对玻璃退火结构松弛理论进行详细介绍。采用高级非线性有限元程序MSC. MARC,基于Narayanaswamy结构松弛模型对非球面透镜的退火过程进行数值仿真,获得了非球面透镜退火过程中体积变化及应力分布情况。最后对退火过程中退火速度的影响进行分析。结果表明,退火速度对透镜体积的影响不大,随着退火速度增加,退火应力不断增加。

According to the characteristic structural relaxation phenomenon of glass during the annealing stage,the structural relaxation theory explained by Narayanaswamy model was provided . The commercial finite element method (FEM)program MSC MARC was utilized for the analysis of the annealing process of aspheric lenses,and the volume and stress distribution of lenses were obtained. Influence of cooling rate of annealing was analysed. The results show that the cooling rate of annealing has little effect on the lenses volume,but the annealing stress increases continuously with the cooling rate increasing.
