以六氟环氧丙烷三聚体为原料,通过两步反应制备了2,5-二(三氟甲基)-3,6-二氧杂-全氟-1-壬酰胺基丙基二甲基丁基溴化铵(FOAB).通过1H NMR、19F-NMR表征了FOAB的结构,且测试了FOAB的表面张力和热性能.结果表明:合成的新型季铵盐型氟碳表面活性剂FOAB具有优异的表面性能以及良好的热稳定性.另外,从六氟环氧丙烷三聚体出发制备了一种含氟单体(FOE),并将FOAB作为乳化剂应用于该单体的乳液聚合中,实验发现FOAB的乳化效果极佳,具备实际应用价值.
