探讨了制备颗粒增强铁基复合材料的最佳烧结方式和最佳增强体含量.结果显示,采用连续电流升温继而循环电流动态保温的烧结方式不仅缩短了烧结时间而且大大提高了材料性能;增强体所占体积分数分别为5%、10%、15%、20%时,铁基复合材料性能呈现出先上升后下降的规律,体积分数为10%~15%时材料性能最佳,此外,最佳增强效果的体积分数与粒度有关.
