采用常规的退火工艺和空淬+退火工艺研究了7CrMn2Mo钢的球化退火行为。结果表明:预先进行空淬处理是改善该钢球化组织的重要环节;与连续退火、等温退火相比,7CrMn2Mo钢亚温退火时碳化物球化速度较快,效果较好;钢中锰元素含量高,成分接近共析成分,主要碳化物类型为M23C6是导致7CrMn2Mo钢球化退火工艺性能差的三个主要原因。

The spheroidizing annealing behavior of 7CrMn2Mo steel were studied by methods of conventional spheroidizing annealing and air hardening plus spheroidizing annealing.The prior microstructure of the steel on its spheroidizing annealing behavior was examined.The results show that air hardening processing prior to spheroidizing annealing is important to improve spheroidization,carbides spheroidization occurs more rapidly and better spheroidized structure is obtained for the steel in subcritical annealing after air hardening,compared to conventional continuous annealing and isothermal annealing.The high content of manganese,carbon content close to eutectoid composition and carbide M23C6 in 7CrMn2Mo steel are responsible for the difficulty of spheroidization during annealing.
