通过对转炉扩容后冶炼工艺参数的变化的计算,以及对OG除尘系统能力的重新核算,分析了转炉一次除尘效率低的原因,指出转炉扩容后装入量增加及供氧强度提高,扩容前的OG湿法除尘系统已完全不能满足冶炼工艺变化。结合国内转炉一次除尘技术的发展方向,根据转炉扩容后工艺参数的实际变化情况,对今后转炉一次除尘的改进方向做了探讨,提出了改进建议。

This paper analyzed the dust removal efficiency through calculating OG dedusting system capacity and parameters of smelting process variation after the converter expansion. The result shows that the former OG wet dust completely cannot meet the need of smelting process changes because of load quantity increased after the expansion of converter. Combining the domestic converter first removal technology development, improvement suggestions of 1st dedust were proposed according to process parameters of the expansion converter.
