为了找出产生结疤缺陷的原因并为生产工艺改进提供指导,本文对CSP热轧成品表面结疤缺陷进行了分析研究。通过对F1道次轧制坯和成品进行低倍组织观察、金相观察等分析时发现,表面结疤缺陷与原铸坯中产生的细小孔洞和铸坯内部裂纹有关,近表面气孔在轧制前或轧制过程中暴露时,随着轧制的进行,气孔就在成品板表面表现出舌头状或指甲状的结疤缺陷。未暴露的气孔或内部裂纹在成品中被压合或沿轧制方向呈线状缺陷。

In order to provide direction for getting high quality surface in CSP products, the surface scar defects produced in CSP were analyzed in this paper. The defects observed on the surface of finishing products and on slab after F1 rolling were studied by macroscopic, metallographic microscopy. The analysis results show that the surface scar defects relates to the tiny air-holes and inner crack in the casting slab. When air-hole and inner crack which near slab surface exposed to air during finishing rolling, the tongue-like or nail-like defects will appear on the surface of strip. Unexposed air hole and inner crack may vanish or appeared to be linear –like defects along rolling direction in finishing products.
