研究了真空脱泡时间、引发剂、单体、交联剂与单体比、固化温度和固相量对低毒的DMAA单体凝胶固化和ZrO2生坯性能的影响.制备了表面光洁、不起皮、不开裂及形状复杂的生坯.在单体浓度为15%,交联剂与单体比为1∶50,引发剂添加量为1%,固化温度为60℃的条件下,采用固相量为52vol%的浆料制备的生坯抗弯强度接近30 MPa,可直接对其进行机械加工.压汞及SEM分析表明:生坯结构均匀,无团聚体及颗粒簇出现,孔径呈较窄的单峰分布,气孔率低(26%),孔径小(最可几孔径为36 nm).
