硫酸盐镀铜在我国是一个量大面广的镀种,但国内的MN型光亮剂在整平性、覆盖能力和出光速度方面与进口的染料型光亮剂存在着差距.介绍了自行研制"206","207","208"和"209"型染料型硫酸盐镀铜光亮剂的过程,该系列产品的研发突破了长期困扰我国电镀助剂行业的技术瓶颈,填补了国内行业空白.

In relation to the poorer smoothening capacity, coverage capability and brightening rate of domestic MN- type brighteners for Cu electroplating in sulfate bath as compared with exported dye-type brighteners for the same purpose, the development of dye- type brighteners "206", "207", "208" and "209" for Cu electroplating in sulfate baths at our factories was introduced. This made it feasible to break the bottleneck obstructing domestic auxiliary agent industry for electroplnting, filling the blank in the industry at home.
