采用一种具有特殊表面形貌的空心球-高尔夫球型高铝空心球来配制浇注料,研究了此种高铝空心球添加量、漂珠添加量、黏土添加量对浇注料性能的影响.结果表明:浇注料体积密度和强度随空心球掺量的增加而减小;适量漂珠的添加在降低体密的同时,会使试样强度有一定的提高;黏土的加入使浇注料的强度,尤其是中温烧成后试样的强度明显增加,但过多的黏土会影响浇注料的高温强度.优化实验后,制备出系列高性能高尔夫球型高铝空心球保温浇注料.

The golf-shaped bubble bauxite with special surface pattern was used to prepare castables. Influences of the content of bubble bauxite, floating beads and clay on properties of the castables were studied. The results indicate that bulk density and strength decreased with the increasing of bubble bauxite content. Proper content of floating beads can decrease the bulk density and make a certain increase of the strength of castables. The strength of castables increased with increasing the content of clay, especially for the specimens after heat-treated at intermediate and high temperature. But excessive content of clay didn't contribute to the high-temperature performance of specimens. After the optimization of experiment, the golf-shaped bubble bauxite insulating castables with high performance were prepared.
