采用阳极氧化法,在NH4F/H2SO4电解液体系中制备了大面积的有序二氧化钛纳米管阵列.通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射分别对二氧化钛纳米管的微观形貌及相结构进行表征,并探讨了氧化电压对纳米管形貌的影响及纳米管的形成机理.结果表明,在NH4F/H2SO4电解液中,氧化电压为15~20V时可制备出有序的二氧化钛纳米管,管径随电压增加而增大.
