用N,N-二甲基苯胺作催化剂,合成了酚醛环氧丙烯酸酯。通过酸值(LK)和环氧值(LE)的测定,研究了反应时间、反应温度、反应物配比及催化剂用量对丙烯酸(AA)转化率的影 响和反应机理,找到了合成的最佳条件:环氧基/丙烯酸([E]0/[A]0)=1/0.75 ,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂用量2%,丙烯酸转化率(α)可达到96%以上。 该反应是一级动力学反应,活化能67.9 kJ/mol,频率因子1.44×106 s-1 。

Epoxy phenolic acrylates were synthesized in the absence of solvent and in the presence of N,N′-dimethyl aniline. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of the reactants and the qu antity of the catalyst were investigated by determination of acid value and equi valent of epoxy groups. The optimum condition of the reaction was found. The rate of addition reaction between epoxy phenolic resin and acrylic acid obeyed first order.
