随着油气田开发的深入, 地面管线面临的腐蚀环境越来越恶劣, 特别在一些高含H2S/CO2油气田, 地面管线腐蚀问题十分严重, 普通碳钢难以胜任, 耐蚀合金又价格昂贵, 双金属复合管的问世使其找到了行之有效的解决办法. 本文从技术性、经济性两方面着手, 对比分析了碳钢、缓蚀剂、耐蚀合金、双金属复合管四种防腐措施, 结果表明双金属复合管具有最优越的技术经济效益.

With the rapid development of exploitation of oil and gas, pipelines on the ground of gas and oil fields may encounter more serious problems on corrosion, especially for media of fields rich in H2S and CO2. Carbon steel could not resist such severe corrosive environments and on the other hand, it was hard to use corrosion resistant alloy (CRA) due to high cost, but bimetal pipeline was an effective solution to the corrosion problem. This paper analyzed on four anticorrosion measures such as carbon steel, inhibitor, CRA and bimetal pipeline from technical and economic aspects. The results showed that bimetal pipeline had the greatest advantages in regard of economics and technology.
