文章针对目前高校物理实验课程缺乏电池内阻在线测量相关内容的实际情况,设计、制作一套电池内阻在线测量实验系统,投入实验教学,取得良好教学效果。该系统运用四引线法,将一定频率的交流信号注入电池,对其内阻上产生的微弱信号进行相关检测,测量信号通过单片机处理分析,实现电池内阻的在线测量;并可连接PC机,存储数据、自动绘制电池充电和放电特性曲线。系统测量结果精度高、速度快,应用前景广阔。

View the current situation of lacking teaching contents associated with the battery inner resistance on-line measurement in college physics experiment courses, we designed and manufactured a set of experiment system about battery inner resistance on-line measurement and applied it to experimental teaching. Experiment showed it has achieved good effects. The system used the tetrode method and injected a certain frequency AC signal to battery signals, then made correlation detection to weak mixed battery inner resistance singles. Finally chip microcomputer processed and analyzed the signal measured to implement the battery inner resistance online measurement. The experiment system transferred data to computer, and then the computer saved data and automatic drawn the characteristic curve of battery charging and discharging. This system may obtain high precise experiment result fleetly. Consequently it has a wide application prospect.
