集输管道中的油气普遍含有H2O、H2S、CO2等腐蚀性物质,对管线设备可能造成腐蚀破坏,添加缓蚀剂是应用最普遍且经济有效的腐蚀抑制措施,而在实际应用中缓蚀剂的作用效果仍不够理想。因此,从缓蚀剂的选取方面,本文对现有缓蚀剂的研究方法进行总结,以便为缓蚀剂在集输管道中应用的试验筛选研究提供系统方法思路,继而为缓蚀剂工艺技术的发展提供技术保障。

There are many corrosive substances such as H2O,H2S,CO2 and so on which can damage the pipelines severely in oil and gas gather pipelines.In the field,the anti-corrosion technology of corrosion inhibitors is widely used because of its economy.However,there are still some problems about the inhibition effect of corrosion inhibitors in practical applications.The present paper summarizes the researches on the methods to screen inhibitors,in order to provide systemic and effective methods for the evaluation of corrosion inhibitors,and to promote the development of anti-corrosion technology of corrosion inhibitors.
