高级检索

采用电解提取夹杂物和扫描电镜-能谱法,分析了无取向电工钢非稳态(开、终浇板坯)和稳态浇铸(中间板坯)对应成品试样的夹杂物数量、种类、尺寸,及其对成品钢卷铁损的影响.结果表明,两者夹杂物均以A1N、MnS、Cu12S类夹杂为主,开、终浇板坯中还含有少量的氧化物夹杂.0.5 μm以下的微细夹杂,数量约为1500万个/mm3;0.5~5.0 μm尺寸范围内的夹杂,非稳态和稳态浇注的板坯中分别为123万个/mm3和75万个/mm3,这也是造成非稳态和与稳态浇注条件下对应成品铁损差异的主要原因.
