对洛耐隧道窑烧成带使用后镁铬残砖的显微结构进行了分析,探讨了用后镁铬残砖的矿物组成和显微结构变化。结果表明:镁铬砖在使用过程中,因砖的化学组成Cr2O3、MgO发生了部分挥发,一方面使砖的结构变得疏松多孔,强度降低;另一方面,由于蒸汽冷凝的结果使砖体从热面到冷面之间形成了致密层,从而有效地减缓和阻止了热气氛对砖的侵蚀。

The microstructure of the used MgOCr2O3 brick for the bake belt in Luonai tunnel kiln are analyzed. Further study was made on the phase composition and the change of the microstructure. It is shown that the partial volatilization of chemical composition Cr2O3,MgO during the application of the brick , leading both to the brick structure loose and reducing strength on the one hand, and to formation of densified layer between hot and cool side on the other hand, which reduced and prevented effectively the brick from the hot atmosphere.
