针对聚合物挤出过程的在线检测要求,研究了超声缓冲杆的回波特性,分析了四种金属非金属材料缓冲杆检测聚合物的信噪比.试验结果表明,聚醚醚酮(PEEK)缓冲杆具有尾随信号小、衰减较小、声阻抗小、耐高温等特点,具备聚合物挤出的在线检测要求.文中研究了单螺杆挤出机上聚合物挤出过程的检测,结果说明该检测方法的可行性.

As a response to the need of on-line testing for Polymer during screw extrusion, the ultrasonic signal which propagating through the buffer rod was studied, and four metal and nonmetal buffer rods were used for testing polymer. Analyzing the signal-noise-radio of the ultrasonic wave, the conclusion is obtain that polyetheretherketone (PEEK)buffer rod has merits of smaller following echo, attenuation, impedance and high temperature resistance,and fits for on-line testing for polymer during screw extrusion. The examination of on-line testing for polymer during signal-screw extrusion was taken on, and the result indicates the method is feasibility.
