带钢冷连轧卷曲时,使带钢张力分布发生变化,对板形检测信号产生干扰。文章以鞍钢1450冷连轧生产线为对象,对这一干扰信号做了定量分析,并采用直接对检测信号进行修正的方法,对该影响因素进行了补偿,结果表明: 经过补偿设定的最终实际板形与轧制时在线实测板形吻合较好, 可获得良好平直度的带钢。

The variation of tension distributions during coiling had disturbed the signal measurement. As an example, by quantitatively analyzing the interference signals of Angang 1450 cold rolling production line , and directly amending the measured signals,the effect factors were compensated, The results indicated that the compensated scheduled flatness is preferably accordant with the online rolling flatness, so the strip with good flatness can be obtained after the compensation.
