本文发展了用会聚束电子衍射(CBED)中菊池线测定立方系中晶体取向差的方法,利用该方法测定了Nb-V-Ti 微合金钢中小于0.1nm 直径的亚晶取向差。结果表明,该钢中亚晶取向差小于5°,其精度估计为0.1°。
