某厂120t顶底复吹转炉采用双渣法进行了超低磷钢冶炼的工业试验,采用高-低-低的枪位变化模式同时增加头批料中石灰和返矿的加入量,以提高转炉冶炼前期的脱磷效率。重点分析了熔渣成分和冶炼工艺对转炉脱磷的影响。试验结果表明,采用所制定的工艺方案,可稳定生产出w(P)低于40×10-6的超低磷钢。

Industrial experiments of ultra-low phosphorous steel smelting were carried out by adopting double slag technology in 120 t combined converter.The efficiency of dephosphorization in early stage of smelting was enhanced by employing the blowing mode of high-low-lower together with charging larger quantity of active lime and sinter burden.The effects of slag composition and major technology parameters on dephosphorization are discussed in this paper.Results show that phosphorous content in molten steel could be reduced to less than 40×10-6 at tapping by employing suggested technology solutions.
