摘 要 本文建立了钢坯在步进梁式加热炉中加热过程的温度模型,采用控制容积法建立钢坯截面的二维传热数学模型,最终预报钢坯横截面温度分布随加热时间的变化规律。炉气与钢坯表面的换热方式主要考虑辐射传热,用Matlab语言编写了温度场的计算机程序。以宽厚板轧机钢坯加热炉“黑匣子”温度测试数据为基础对钢坯温度进行模拟,将模拟温度与实测温度对比后证明模型预报精度较高,基本满足预报要求。

Abstract A temperature model for slabs heated in walking beam re-heating furnace has been established.The model can predict temperature distribution of the cross-section by establishing a two-dimensional heat transfer mathematical model with finite volume method. The way of heat transferring between the gas and the slabs is mainly radiation heat transfer,a computer program of the temperature field has been made by Matlab.In this paper,the “black box” tested temperature data of the heavy plate mill is applied to the model,the predicted value is compared with the measured temperature with accurate result.
