基于中厚板轧制过程的温度变化特点,以热辐射和对流为主要影响因素,对热辐射模型和对流模型进行分析和处理.解析黑度系数、厚度对温度变化规律的影响可知:终轧厚度大于30mm时,黑度系数的变化对终轧温度的影响很小;终轧温度在10mm左右时,必须根据后几道次实测温度调整黑度系数;轧件越厚,起始温度越高,温降速度越快.分析得到不同厚度下,平均温度和表面温度差的关系.实际应用表明,终轧温度预测误差基本不超过15℃.

Based on the temperature variation of plate rolling process, the influence of radiation, convection on plate temperature was analyzed. The results show that when plate finishing thickness is great than 30 mm, the blackness coefficient has little influence on finishing temperature. But when finishing thickness is less than 10 mm, the blackness coefficient has significant influence on finishing temperature and the blackness coefficient should be modified by measuring the temperature of last passes. The bigger the plate thickness and the higher the initial temperature, the quicker is the temperature. The relationship between average temperature and surface temperature at different thickness was got from calculated results. On-line application shows that the finishing temperature calculation deviation is less than 15℃.
