在中试工厂对65Mn钢在其浇铸过程中进行了磁致振荡处理,分析了磁致振荡对65Mn钢铸锭等轴晶率和晶粒尺寸的影响.结果表明:通过脉冲磁致振荡处理,65Mn钢铸锭的柱状晶数量显著减少,晶粒尺寸显著变小;等轴晶率从17%提高到50%以上,晶粒尺寸细化2倍以上.

Pulse magnetic oscillation treatments with 65Mn steel were carried out in the process of casting in the trial plant,and effects of magnetic oscillation on equiaxed grain ratio and grain size were analyzed.Results show that by pulse magnetic oscillation treatment,quantity of columnar grains in 65Mn steel decreased obviously,and grain size reduced significantly; equiaxed grain ratio increased from 17 % to more than 50 %,and grain size reduced by more than 2 times.
