采用DMAc/LiCl/chitin/HA配浆体系,芯体表面吸附羟基磷灰石(HA)料浆,料浆凝固定型后抽离芯体,根据材料组分设计并进行烧结工艺,获得截面圆整的薄壁HA陶瓷管.通过扫描电镜观察样品截面、形态及烧结状况,分析制备工艺对HA管形貌的影响,为制备HA多孔陶瓷和增强贯通性提供了一条新的技术路径.
