本文针对连铸中厚板探伤合格率低的状况,运用统计分析方法,找出当前探伤合格率分布规律,并针对典型的钢种和规格范围进行缺陷部位检测取样,利用金相﹑扫描电镜和能谱等检测手段,对钢板探伤不合格部位的组织和成份进行分析。根据分析结果,采取相应的一系列控制措施,使钢板的超声波探伤合格率由攻关前的50.4%提高到了92.3%。

The paper elaborated how the qualified ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection of plate was increased. In order to solve the problem of low qualified ratio of flaw inspection , the technicians found out the distribution law of the qualified ratio of flaw inspection by statistical analysis .The samples of typical steel grades and size were cut from defective parts the structure and composition of which were analyzed by metallograph, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy spectrum. Based on the analysis results, a series of control measures were adopted, so that the qualified ratio of flaw inspection was increased from 50.4% (prior to research)to 92.3%.
