通过浸泡失重法和电化学方法研究了磷脱氧铜在含4种缓蚀剂、沸腾除氧的60%LiBr溶液中的腐蚀行为.结果表明,LiOH、Na2MoO4和BTA无论单独还 是以不同浓度复合添加都能提高Cu的耐蚀性.复配LiOH后既有利于形成钝化膜,又促进CuBTA配合物的生成,而Na2MoO4的还原产物MoO2等氧化物又能参与形成钝化膜.因而缓蚀效果优异,最优配比为010 mol/L LiOH+150 mg/L Na2MoO4+100 mg/L BTA.NO-3扩散速度慢,能增加点蚀倾向,且其还原反应受LiOH抑制,因而复配LiNO3对抑制Cu的活性溶解效果不佳.4种缓蚀剂对改善Cu的缓蚀效果依次为:LiOH>BTA>Na2MoO4>LiNO3.

The conventional weight-loss tests and the electrochemical techniques were used to study the inhibition action of four inhibitors for copper in boiling deaerated 60%LiBr solution.It indicated that the corrosion rate of copper was decreased when LiOH,Na2MoO4 or BTA was added to the solution either ndividual or in different combination.The inhibition effect of combination was better than that of ndividual for LiOH not only benefited forming passive film but also accelerated the reaction of CuBTA and reduction products such as MoO2 participated in forming passive film.The optimal proportioning was added 0.10 mol/L LiOH,150 mg/L Na2MoO4 and 100 mg/L BTA to LiBr solution and the corrosion rate of copper was decreased to 39.52 μm/a.LiNO3 had little effect in inhibiting the dissolution of copper for the following reasons.The diffusion velocity of NO-3 was slower than the others.NO-3enhanced the tend ency of pitting and its reducing reaction was restrained by LiOH.The order of inhibition effect was LiOH>BTA>Na2MoO4>LiNO3.
