采用透射电子显微镜、X射线、膨胀、高温金相等方法研究了新型马氏体时效不锈钢——00Cr13Ni6MoNb在时效加热过程中α'-γ转变过程。讨论了该过程所形成的回复奥氏体对机械性能的影响及相应的α'-γ转变特征。

Partial transformation of quenched martensite into austenite during aging in a newly developed maraging steel has been investigated by means of TEM, X-ray diffraction technique, dilatometer and high temperature microscope, etc. The mechanism of the transformation, the rule of formation, the morphology and distribution of reverted austenite and their effect on mechanical properties have been discussed.
