本文简述了近年来定向和单晶镍基高温合金凝固过程中雀斑缺陷的研究进展,具体论述了雀斑缺陷的形成机制以及雀斑的预判模型,并从合金成分、凝固参数(抽拉速率和温度梯度)、凝固界面形态以及试样形状和尺寸等方面分析和论述了这些因素对雀斑缺陷形成的影响,最后对未来镍基高温合金中雀斑缺陷的研究方向进行了探讨和展望.

The research status of the freckles,a kind of common defects in directionally solidified and single crystal nickel-based superalloys,is reviewed in this paper.The formation mechanisms of freckle defects and the models that are applied to predict the formation of freckles are presented.The influences of alloy composition,solidification parameters(withdrawal velocity and temperature gradient),the morphology of solidification interface,the shape and size of samples on the formation of freckles are analyzed and discussed.Finally,the tendency and prospect of the freckle defects of nickel-based superalloys are pointed out.
