高级检索

对当初(20世纪80年代中期)研发化学镀Fe基合金镀层做了一点回忆,特别提到了当时国内外有关方面的状况及存在的问题和困难,简述了找到克服镀制Fe-B合金镀层困难的过程和方法.总结了30多年来化学镀Fe基合金(包括了Fe-P等合金)镀层的研究进展,指出了存在的一些问题,并展望了今后的发展方向.
