将环氧改性有机硅(EA)与Al粉按质量比(3:2)形成EA/40%A1低红外发射率复合涂层,研究了固化温度对EA/40%Al复合涂层耐腐蚀性能的影响及其机理.利用扫描电镜观察涂层的形貌,并通过动电位极化技术及耐腐蚀实验对涂层的耐腐蚀性能进行了表征.结果表明,在保证低发射率前提下,固化温度为200℃时,涂层的耐盐雾、耐人工加速老化和耐湿热腐蚀性能时间均能达到2000 h,基本满足工程应用要求.固化温度为200℃时,涂层的固化度最合适,涂层交联最佳,使得树脂基体与颜填料结合紧密,涂层致密,耐腐蚀性能最佳.
