研究了碳纤维镀铜化学镀温度、pH值、甲醛初始浓度和装载量等对镀铜时间和镀层质量等的影响,发现随着温度的上升镀铜所需要的时间逐渐减少;pH值升高有利于反应时间缩短;随甲醛初始浓度增加孕育期缩短,但是当超过18 mL/L时孕育期将不再缩短反而有少量延长的趋势。通过光学显微镜和电子探针观察了镀层质量,发现当温度在70℃~75℃,pH值13左右,甲醛初始浓度12mL/L,装载量为0.1g碳纤维每50 mL镀液时,用电镀进行复合镀,能够用较短的时间获得光滑致密的镀铜层。

The effects of temperature,pH value,initial concentration of CH2 O and loading capacity on the time of plating and coat quality were studied. It is found that,under the temperature of reaction,the time of copper plating is tapered with the increase of temperature. The time of reaction reduces when pH value rises,as the initial CH2 O concentration increasing,the gestation time decreases,but when concentration exceeds18mL/L,the gestation time prolongs. The coat quality was observed with optical microscope and EPMA. The result indicates that when temper-ature is 70℃ ~75℃,pH value is about 13,initial concentration of CH2 O is 12mL/L and loading capacity is 0. lg/50mL,then electroless composite plating,this lubricous cladding material was obtained in comparatively short time.
